The Video Bay is a streaming video website similar to YouTube or Hulu, developed by the folks who created and run The Pirate Bay.
As with The Pirate Bay, you can expect The Video Bay to provide access to copyrighted content illegally, although exactly how this content will be shared is unclear. It will stream in a web browser just like it does at those other websites, though. It's notable that the site is among the first to be coded in the new version of HTML, HTML5.
The site is currently in a very early beta testing phase, and its developers have been quoted saying that it will open to the public "in a year or five."
