Google Chrome OS unveiled, released to open source community

Slacker Radio is a website offering a personal music station service where you can create your own music station by mixing and matching together artists, genres, and specific radio stations. By rating songs you like, banning songs or artists you don't like, and make personal preference decisions favoring time periods and music popularity, you can create a portfolio of radio music. You can also choose other custom radio stations already created.

Slacker differs from competitors like Pandora in that some of the stations are curated by real DJs. Slacker has produced mobile service applications for BlackBerry smartphones and the iPhone, including a feature that allows you to cache played songs and replay them later at leisure. There is no charge for making a Slacker account.
