The Eye-Fi Pro is a wireless-enabled SDHC card in the Eye-Fi line of storage that adds support for transferring RAW images to your computer or directly to more than 25 online photo and video sharing sites. The other differentiating feature of the Pro card is its ability to establish ad hoc connections to your computer, without the need to be near a wireless router or hotspot intermediary.
With the Eye-Fi Pro announcement came the news that all Eye-Fi users can now take advantage of a new Selective Transfer feature, allowing you to only transfer select images or videos directly to your computer. It's a free update to all existing owners of Eye-Fi SD cards, available via the Eye-Fi Manager software.
