The iPad has landed.

The easyStore Home Server is Acer's first media server. When you buy it, it comes with one terabyte of storage, but thanks to the inclusion of three separate, hot-swappable hard drive bays, you can beef that up to 7 TB if you want to spend the cash.

The easyStore runs Microsoft Windows Home Server on an Intel Atom processor, enabling it to make regular copies of everything on each hard drive on each computer of your home network. If there's a failure one of your computers, you can grab the lost files from this device.

It also supports DLNA media streaming, remote access, and additional drives connected via its USB or eSATA ports. It's priced at $400, available now.
