In November of 2009, Ustream launched a video-viewing application for Google's Android mobile operating system, which is used primarily for cell phones. The app lets you watch both live and pre-recorded Ustream videos from anywhere over 3G or Wi-Fi connections. This is the second mobile Ustream app; an iPhone version was released a few months ago.

Ustream.tv is a website created as a live video community that collects and broadcasts a range of video channels.  Broadcasters include podcasters, DJs, government organizations, conferences, TV networks, politicians, and regular Joes with smartphones or webcams.
