Swine Flu Tracker is a free iPhone app produced by IntuApps' Barry Schwartz. As the name suggests, it tracks news and information about the swine flu, in light of the pandemic that began to get major media attention in April of 2009.
Features include a map that shows the locations of reported cases (so you can be utterly paranoid and avoid those areas), a news ticker that provides updates, a report of the current threat level provided by the World Health Organization, and medical information on symptoms and the like.
As of May 1st, 2009, the app is pending approval by Apple, but it should hit the App Store soon.
