Apple Front Row is a media application similar to Microsoft Windows Media Center. It's included with the Mac OS X operating system that comes pre-installed on all Apple computers.

With Front Row, you can browse your video, photo, and music files in a full-screen interface and watch, view, or listen to them from within the program. It's designed to be usable from 10 feet away, so it's ideal for use on a home theater computer connected to a television.

Apple also sells a Front Row-compatible remote controller (which used to be bundled with most Mac computers) so you can navigate your media from your couch.

You're not just limited to files on your computer, either; Front Row can work with streaming video websites like Hulu to display web video content.
