Well known for its professional imaging products, Wacom took its first step onto a new branch with the NXT-1000, an all-in-one DJ device with two digital turntables. Sure, there are plenty of these in the world already, but the NXT-1000 manages to grab some attention with one unique feature: it has a touch-sensitive controller (for pitching, jogging, and playing samples) that you can detach from the main unit and carry with you around the club, showing off your beatsmithing skills away from the booth, assuming you have wireless headphones, too.

While details and specifications are scarce at this point, it looks like it also has a mixer with a 3-band EQ and various effects built-in. Wacom hasn't revealed the price yet, but the NXT-1000 will be available in Europe and Japan this June — just in time for that Ibiza dance party you were thinking about crashing.
