The TwitterPeek is a dedicated Twitter device from the makers of the Peek e-mail device. It only performs Twitter functions; those include posting tweets, downloading and reading tweets, receiving and sending direct messages, downloading followers, replying, and retweeting.
You can buy it at one of two price points. For $99, you get the device and six months of nationwide wireless network service. After the six months are up, you'll have to pay $7.95 per month. Alternatively, you can spend $199 for the TwitterPeek with lifetime service included.
