Google Nexus One and HTC Supersonic 4G smartphone heading to Sprint

The Sony NWZ-S736F walkman is an update to Sony’s long-running line of portable music players. It is directly competitive with the iPod nano, and has a more understated design, available only in black. It’s compatible with iTunes due to Sony’s Content Transfer feature which allows for drag-and-drop from iTunes or a similar music management program.

The Walkman S-Series answer to Apple’s Genius feature (which automatically organizes your iTunes music) is called SensMe Channels. The player uses this feature to automatically categorizes your music into themes such as “morning” or “workout.” The S-Series has an impressive 40-hour battery life for audio playback (10 hours for video) and includes the following features: a 2-inch GVCA TFT 240 x 320 pixel resolution, automatic noise-cancellation, 2-setting EQ, and a circular, 5-way control pad comparable to the iPod nano’s. It comes in either a 4GB model for $149.99 or an 8GB model for $179.99.
