Samsung's YP-S2 Pebble is, as the name suggests, a portable media player modeled after a small stone, available in an array of five colors. The S2 supports MP3, WMA and Ogg Vorbis files in its one gigabyte of internal flash memory. The contoured Pebble is designed to comfortably fit in one hand, where the user's thumb can work the track control and volume buttons. Although the S2 supports playlists, choosing and navigating through them isn't as intuitive as with other players, as the Pebble has no display screen. Reviews rate the battery life at around 10 hours, below Samsung's quoted 13, and praise the high-quality audio output. An LED light on the bottom of the player can be configured to glow along to the music.
