Sources told the Wall Street Journal that Dell plans to launch a Google Android smartphone on AT&T as early as the first quarter of 2010. Details about the phone are scarce, but Google Android would have a presence on all four major U.S. carriers.

The Facebook network reserved for employees of MySpace has been hacked. With "a little bit of HTML know-how" (according to CNET) you can join the network even if you don't work for MySpace. This is possible in part because the e-mail domain @myspace.com which is used by company employees is also used by MySpace Mail users.

An R&D guy at Microsoft has revealed that the company is working on a 128-bit architecture for its upcoming Windows 8 and Windows 9 operating systems. Windows 7 isn't even officially out yet, and many users still haven't made the jump from 32-bit to 64-bit, so this idea is pretty out there for the moment.
