Facebook profiles used to spread spyware, Comcast in talks to buy NBC Universal, Google adds new search options

An automated Facebook attack has been using fake profiles to install spyware on users' computers. Facebook has taken down the malicious profiles.
General Electric is considering selling 51% of NBC Universal to cable company Comcast. That would include not just NBC TV programming but a significant stake in web properties like Hulu.
Google has added new filters to its search function. You can search within specific ranges of time, filter out sites you've visited or haven't visited, and more.
