Comcast says it will launch its first TV Everywhere video site within 30 - 60 days. When that happens, some Comcast customers will be able watch much of their cable TV programming on their computers from anywhere if they've subscribed to Time Warner cable service.

AT&T is about to launch 7.2 Mbps 3G internet for cell phones and laptop USB dongles in Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles and Miami. That's about twice as fast as the service currently offered. The time frame? Before the end of 2009.

Google Voice has added a feature that lets you forward incoming text messages to e-mail notifications. This has long been requested.
