AudioBoo is a free service and corresponding free app for the iPhone that lets you record, publish and share audio online.

AudioBoo is a service and free application for the iPhone that lets you record audio on the fly and upload it wirelessly to the AudioBoo website, basically doing what YouTube does for video for audio files. You can then either direct people you know to the link or embed the audio in your website, as we've done below. Also, if you're not interested in audioblogging via your iPhone, the free app also works as a way to browse and listen to other people's AudioBoos.

Here's the test audio that I just recorded using the free AudioBoo app (direct iTunes link) on my iPhone 3GS:
