Samsung demos creepy AMOLED e-passport with rotating mugshot

We think this looks very Blade Runner, howabout you? It's a prototype e-passport designed by Samsung, with a bright AMOLED display that shows the rotating, animated head of the subject (i.e., you). The display has a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and a contrast ratio of 10,000:1 — impressive for a little ID card that goes in your wallet or purse. Don't worry; we still have a little bit of time before the cyber dystopia is upon us, as these aren't planned for production just yet. Check out a video of the creepy rotating below, if you dare.
