Psystar is known for making cheap PCs that run Apple's much-praised Mac OS X operating system. Apple hasn't been keen on that, so a while back it sued Psystar for allegedly violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Thing is, Psystar just declared bankruptcy, so the lawsuit has been put on hold — at least for a while. No word on the fate of the company, but the Mac clones are still available for sell at Psystar's website.
