Google has added a one-click machine translation feature to Gmail. You'll have to enable it in the Labs tab under settings, but when you do, you'll be one click away from almost-instant translation of any e-mail you receive in one of the 41 supported languages. Neat! There's an amusing blog post and comic about it at the Gmail blog, too.
