YouTube's ability to sign up for an account freely and subscribe to other people's videos is cool, but unless you're checking YouTube daily or set to receive email updates of your subscriptions, you most likely don't catch all your subscriptions when they first come out, and since the site only allows downloads of a select set of videos currently, there's no way to effectively watch them on the go, unless you have an iPhone. In today's Daily Obsession, we take a quick look at a new site, YTPodcaster that lets you do two cool things with YouTube. First, you can enter any YouTube channel name, and get a set of feeds for subscribing to the videos as podcasts that could be downloaded to your podcaster of choice and taken to be viewed on the device of your choosing.

For example, inputting Obsessable's YouTube channel gives you the option to subscribe to all of our videos as a podcast for iTunes, for the Zune, for any player that supports MP4, or for a simple RSS feed that includes the Flash file.

The second cool thing that YTPodcaster will do is download an MP4 file of any YouTube video after you simply insert a valid YouTube URL.
