So you know that only adventurous types should download an early, beta test version of an operating system for their computers, but you want to do it anyway. You want to get that first look at Windows 7 before everyone else does. If that's the way you roll, you'd better roll faster! The Windows 7 beta test download will no longer be publicly available as of February 10th.

It was originally supposed to close today, but Microsoft has extended the deadline. We doubt that it'll be extended past the 10th though, so if you've been wanting to try it out and have been too busy, you'd better get unbusy. If you miss this new deadline, you can always live vicariously through us with our first impressions article. Not much consolation, we know, but we're here for you in the hard times, too.
