If you're a hardcore PC gamer, you might recognize the name BFG, both as the name of a famous weapon from a classic shooter, and as a graphics card manufacturer named after said weapon. Now that manufacturer is doing more than just graphics cards; it just launched a line of ultra-high-end gaming desktops called Phobos.

Phobos comes in three models — Performance, Advanced, and Elite. Frankly, they're all elite in our book, with prices starting at $3,000, $5,000, and $8,000, respectively. It's safe to say the hardware will let you breeze through the latest games; the top model features multiple GeForce GTX 295 graphics cards in a Quad SLI configuration, and a bleeding-edge, 3.2 GHz Intel Core i7 processor. They're also pretty stylish, with touchscreen LCD panels on the fronts of the cases. You can use the panels to monitor your system and even overclock your hardware.

A person would have to be pretty enthusiastic about his or her gaming hobby to drop eight grand in one shot, but if that sounds like something you'd do, it looks like someone's got you covered.
