Yes, Wii Fit is still a global craze. It might not be a legitimate replacement for a daily run or a gym membership, but it can't hurt when used in tandem with those, can it? If you want to make your Wii Fit workout a little bit more challenging, take a look at these dumbbell weights for your Wii remotes. They come in a package called riiflex, and each weight can add either two or five pounds to each remote you attach it to.

There's even a slot in the back so you can access the trigger button without a hassle. At two and five pounds, these won't get you into a pro wrestling league, but if you play with them enough they might keep your muscles from atrophying from spending too much time playing video games. It's best to accept all the resistance you can when working out; we spent so much time in a sedentary state, we've got to reach for what we can get.

And besides, many women (and men, though this product is likely to appeal more to the former) prefer the lean and slightly toned look to building up the muscles. These might do it for you. They're not available yet but they will be soon (just as soon as the patent is processed) so if you try them out, let us know how they work out, will ya?
