That Sony PSP of yours crashing or freezing a lot? You might get some relief soon, as Sony has just announced that the 5.03 version of the handheld gaming device's firmware will be available soon. Many past updates have made big changes or added new features like Skype online phone call functionality, but details about what this update does are elusive except that it will improve stability "during use of some features."
Just make sure your PSP is plugged in and near a Wi-Fi hotspot and navigate to "Network Update" under Settings on the Xross Media Bar. When the update is available, that should get things rolling along.
