There's nothing like taking a brand new $899 gadget like the Sony Vaio P and taking it apart to see how it works. That's what the people over at Japanese site PC User did in great detail. Although the pictures are interesting, it seems a bit of a waste given that Sony has an exploded version of the device on display at CES (Gizmodo has a picture), and the FCC did a basic breakdown of the device themselves shortly after the full dissection by PC User (one example pictured above). The FCC's images can be easily found, along with a PDF of the user manual to the Sony Vaio P (direct link to the PDF), in a group of PDFs on the FCC website, if you know where to look.
