A research group called Foresee surveyed 9,000 people who bought products online this year, asking them if they were satisfied with their shopping experiences. Above are the results (courtesy of All Things Digital). Amazon and Netflix both came out on top, tying with 84% customer satisfaction rates. Other top stores were QVC (79%), Apple, Barnes & Nobile, L.L. Bean, Newegg, and Wal-Mart (all at 78%).

This is more good news for Amazon, of course, which just announced that despite the economic recession the 2008 holiday season was its best ever, driven by sales of netbooks, the Nintendo Wii, the Kindle, and The Dark Knight on DVD and Blu-ray. If you're not sure where to shop, it couldn't hurt to give some of these top results a try. Most people seemed to like them!
