Need some really last-minute holiday tips? Hulu's gotten into the holiday spirit by putting together an extensive collection of short video clips, mainly detailing menu ideas, but also offering a whole array of how-to guides to help you get through the season with your sanity intact. Some are a bit tongue-in-cheek; do you really need a video to tell you that giving a live cat as a holiday present is a poorly-thought-out idea?

If you've gotten rusty in your gift-wrapping skills since the last time you had at it, the site provides a narrated video not only going over the basics, but offering some hints on wrapping larger or oddly-sized gifts - had you ever thought of using bedsheets instead of wrapping paper?

Up for a little arts and crafts? Here's how to make your own miniature snow globe. If you get any ideas from these videos, and plan on using some of the tips to entertain guests, be sure to double-check any of the ingredient lists at the beginning of the clips to make sure you're stocked-up on what you need. For the snow globe, for example, you may not have glycerin and silicone sealant just lying around, and you don't want to be running out on Christmas Eve trying to find them.

Hulu has plenty of appetizer ideas, including these prosciutto-and-caramelized-onions mini-pizzas. The Food Network's Giada De Laurentiis shows how to prepare the dish, which takes a bit of time to set up and cook but looks really easy. Frankly, any excuse is a good one to stock up on prosciutto.

You can't have holiday eats without holiday drinks, and eggnog is a classic. Eggs, vanilla, milk, sugar, salt, bourbon, and rum are all you need. Just be sure to take it easy - Hulu doesn't have any video tips up yet on combating post-holiday hangovers.
