Internet Explorer isn't the only web browser that sometimes has security problems. If you're using Firefox, you might want to download and install the latest update, which plugs security holes that hackers could use to access your personal information while you're browsing. Two updates have been released, one for Firefox 3 and one for Firefox 2, so make sure you grab the right one!

You can find out which version you have pretty easily. If you're in Windows, just click "Help" at the top of the browser window (near File, Edit, Bookmarks, etc.) and then select "About Firefox." If you're a Mac user, make sure Firefox is your active program and click on the Apple icon in the top left of your screen and go to "About Firefox" there.

If you are running Firefox 2 instead of 3, Mozilla (the group that maintains the browser) suggests that you upgrade to version 3, because 2 won't be supported with security patches anymore.
