We've called it "the most impressive video streaming solution we've seen to date", but the Boxee software just keeps getting more and more impressive. The latest software update adds MTV music videos, streaming shows courtesy of the WB, and the big news: Netflix support. The full-featured Netflix support adds the ability to browse movies, manage your queue, and, of course, play the streaming films. The only disappointment with Netflix is that the Apple TV port of Boxee can't handle it yet, reportedly due to the system's slow processor. The team posted to their blog that they're still working on getting it to play properly, trying to squeeze some extra performance out of the box. Besides the new content available, the Boxee team has spruced-up the software's interface, redesigning the plugins supporting CNN, Apple Movie Trailers, Flickr, and Picasa. Check out the Boxee blog for info on what steps to take to update Boxee for your operating system.
