Microsoft confirms 256MB internal storage in new Xbox 360 redesign

A Microsoft spokesperson released a statement on the company's redesigns in the new Jasper-revision Xbox 360s, confirming what we knew last week. The 360 Arcade bundle is the first to get the new motherboard, integrating a 256MB flash card into the system. With this in place, the console has enough local storage to run the latest dashboard update without needing a separate memory card or hard drive. No specific comments were given regarding the other Jasper changes, including the possibility of a GPU redesign.
