Logitech introduced its first computer mouse (the Logitech P4, pictured here) in 1982, so it's been a major player in the game since almost the beginning. No surprise then that it's sold a lot of mice over the years: one billion, to be exact. The company just announced the milestone; according to the press release, Logitech now ships 376,000 mice per day. The one billion figure is an excellent illustration of the exponential growth of computer use — it took the company eleven years to ship 100 million, and the 500 million mark was reached only five years ago.
