The BlackBerry Storm is experiencing some leaks from its firmware update department, as two different firmware updates were leaked over the weekend. On the same day that news started spreading that firmware update 4.7.0.75 had arrived, firmware update 4.7.0.76 for the Storm was discovered. Although no official update has been released by RIM as of yet, this latest leaked update reportedly improves both the battery life of the device and the speed at which the Storm switches from portrait to landscape mode. The Boy Genius Report has a full list of improvements and if you're going to go searching for it online, the OS version is 4.7.0.76 and the platform version is 4.0.0.96.

Below, we've embedded a Crackberry video of the features added by OS version 4.7.0.75. This video combined with BGR's list of improvements in 4.7.0.76 should give a decent approximation of what you can expect from 4.7.0.76 if you should be able to get your hands on it.
