MSI Wind U110, U115, and U120H nettops revealed

MSI announced three netbook designs, the Wind U115, U110 and U120H. The U115 uses a combination of solid-state and hard drive storage, loading the operating system and some programs on the high-speed solid-state drive and using the hard drive for storing additional programs and data. That should help keep costs under that of a full-solid-state configuration while still providing many of the benefits. The U110 is a U115 using only a traditional hard drive, available in sizes up to 250GB. Both systems will feature a new Intel Atom CPU, the Z530, which promises to reduce power consumption over that of the original Wind U100 - MSI expects an eight-hour battery life. The U120H looks quite the same as the U120, adding 3.5G data to the Wind line. The nettop accepts a SIM card for logging on to HSDPA wireless networks. All three models should weigh in under two-and-a-half pounds.
