ASUS has announced its ROG CG6190, a high-end gaming PC featuring Intel's new Core i7 CPU. The quad-core processor is an Extreme Edition running at 3.2GHz, and reintroduces the Pentium 4's hyperthreading. If you're looking for an even faster system, ASUS lets you easily overclock the chip by up to twenty percent. With six memory slots, the ROG is capable of handling up to 12GB of RAM. The system supports multi-GPU setups, working with cards using either SLI or CrossFireX. You'll need a lot of electricity to run all this hardware, so ASUS includes a two-kilowatt power supply. ASUS hasn't released a price point or release date yet, but there's little doubt the ROG system will be very, very expensive; the CPU alone retails for $1,070.
