Sub-$200 Blu-ray deals start showing up

With the holidays coming up, Blu-ray players are already seeing price reductions as studios push the format, with some now firmly below the $200 mark. Sears just posted a Sharp Aquos BD-HP21U on its website for only $180, with no rebates to deal with. Woot.com is offering a Memorex MVBD2510 Blu-ray player for only $140, but as per Woot's operating procedures, the item will only be available through 1AM eastern time tonight, before it's replaced with another. For this money, you won't get all the BD-Live features of late-model players, but they're cheap ways to start viewing high definition content that might make nice stocking stuffers if you're picking up a new HDTV before the February transition.
