Apple being sued over iPhone 3G hairline cracks

AT&T and Apple are being sued by New Yorker Avi Koschitzki for bad reception, slow 3G connectivity, and reported hairline cracks appearing in iPhone 3G cellphones' casing.

Apple has had similar complaints in the past about their plastic-shelled previous generation MacBook line of computers, which began cracking around the edges for some consumers. Some people have theorized that complaints about this cracking is what led Apple to move to a unibody aluminum shell for the new MacBooks. Could a new aluminum unibody iPhone 3G be around the corner? Probably not, but it's nice to dream.
