Target Gift Cards ranging from $50 to $1000 will soon be available bundled with a built-in 1.2 megapixel digital camera and 50MBs of storage space. The camera comes with a USB-cord and a voucher for 40 free prints from Target.

The camera runs on two AAA batteries that are not included and doesn't cost extra beyond the price of the gift card itself.
