Siemens announced its intent to sell off its half of Fujitsu-Siemens Computers to Fujitsu in a 570 million dollar deal. Siemens will focus on its other business interests, such as power, energy and health services, leaving Fujitsu to continue manufacturing its line of PCs. Fujitsu called the move an opportunity to expand its global presence. The deal is expected to be completed by April 2009.
