The Fujitsu Lifebook U820, also known as the U2010, after its first appearance with the FCC months ago is now finally available starting at $999. This 5.6-inch mini tablet computer features a 1.6GHz Atom processor, integrated Garmin GPS, and a touchscreen. If 5.6-inches sounds too small for you, Fujitsu also announced the more reasonably sized Fujitsu Lifebook P1630 tablet netbook computer, which measures 8.9-inches, featuring a 1.20 GHz Core 2 Duo processor, a 64GB SSD option, and an entry level price of $2,179. If you're looking for a small inexpensive machine, there are several netbooks on the market for less than $500 that would probably better fit your budget than these machines.
