Pioneer Wins $59.3 million in patent suit against Samsung SDI

Pioneer has won a lawsuit against Samsung, claiming that Samsung plasma televisions infringed on two of its plasma display technology patents. A U.S. District Court in Eastern Texas awarded Pioneer $59.3 million dollars in damages.
