Sonos has released the Sonos Controller for iPhone as a free download from the iTunes App Store (direct link). The program allows owners of Sonos multi-room music systems the ability to control their music systems from an iPhone or iPod Touch.

Sonos has a full video promoting the new application's functionality available for viewing on their site.

Alongside the application for the iPhone and iPod touch, Sonos also announced a new firmware update for their Sonos devices, version 2.7, which adds support for Last.fm, Pandora, and over 15,000 radio stations.
