The MvixBOX WDN-2000 is a new NAS capable of holding up to two 1 terabyte SATA hard drives (not included with the unit) for $299. The MvixBOX also includes an impressive group of integrated web-technologies, such as FTP with SSL/TLS, SSH, Apache, MySQL, SQlite, PHP, a BitTorrent Client, iTunes Music Server, UPnP Media Server, and various options for sharing folders publicly or privately with full user management software included.

Effectively the device is capable of running as a mini server and media storage solution, as well as a storage solution for backing up all your important files. See the conversations below for more details.
