There's a new free BIOS update for the MSI Wind, v1.09 that makes overclocking the device simple. For installing the new BIOS, you will need either an external USB floppy drive to create a bootable floppy disk or a USB flash drive (or of course you could always get HP's new drive that acts as both flash drive and as a floppy drive). Once you install the new BIOS, hold down the fn and F10 keys simultaneously on your MSI Wind. Doing so allows you to toggle through CPU speeds 8%, 15%, or 24% faster.
