The BenQ M2400HD 24-inch LCD monitor with a 16:9 aspect ratio, a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, and integrated two-megapixel webcam is due out in Japan in November for approximately $535. The M2400HD also comes with a built-in 3 port USB hub and connections for HDMI/DVI-D/Mini D-Sub.

No word yet on North American release or pricing.
