 Lenovo announces a budget desktop PC, the Lenovo H210, today.

The H210 is priced at $399 for the base model without a monitor and features Bright Vision, an anti-eye strain feature that is supposed to adjust the screens brightness in response to ambient lighting and how close you are sitting to the screen.
