The latest firmware update for the Samsung Instinct should resolve many of the criticisms of the handset thanks to a completely revamped Internet browser. The new browser allegedly runs ten times faster than the previous sluggish version, especially during web page rendering and UI movement. The progressive update started rolling out on September 24, 2008, which should automatically download via the Sprint Network, and install itself on the handset. In all, the update should provide a more snappy and enjoyable Internet browsing experience.
