Super Talent Technology has released two new 2.5-inch SATA-II solid-state hard drive lineups, the MasterDrive OX and PX, both capable of delivering read and write speeds over 100MBps. The OX line's 150MBps read and 120MBps write speeds easily top its predecessor's -- the MasterDrive MX -- 120MBps and 80MBps, topping out at a 128GB version for $419. Bumping speeds to 170MBps read and 130MBps write, the PX comes in 32GB and 64GB sizes for $499 and $849 respectively. Both lineups take advantage of 3Gbps SATA-II controllers to provide 0.1msec access times, but only the OX line will be available this week, with no release info having been announced for the faster PX line.
