Nokia has announced that it will launch its highly-touted "Comes With Music" subscription service in the United Kingdom first, partnering with Carphone Warehouse to sell special editions of the 5310 XpressMusic candybar handset. The pre-paid retailer -- which will have exclusive UK rights to the service through the end of the year -- has already begun taking pre-orders on the phone, whose increased cost over the regular 5310 helps subsidize the download-to-own tracks. Nokia's new service is somewhat unique in that subscribers can keep their songs after their contract lapses; however, music will then be stranded on the device unless the user purchases another compatible phone, according to Engadget.
