Chinese manufacturer Tsinghua Tongfang Company unveiled the new S1 imini Mini-Note series of Via-powered notebooks, which are Tsinghua Tongfang's first entry in the ultra mobile market. These netbooks will come with standard specs such as a 10.2-inch screen, 1.6GHz VIA C7-M CPU with VX700 chipset (which consumes a maximum 15 Watts of power), one gigabyte of memory, an 80GB hard drive, and WiFi.  The series will be hitting China in a variety of colors such as white, blue, pink, and black for the equivalent price of $583.
