Sony's new RHT-G500 Bravia theater system television stand promises surround sound while hidden in a TV stand. Designed for use with TV sets ranging from 32 to 40 inches, the rack sports a 3:1 channel sound system, with speakers embedded in the center, left, and right of the stand, along with a subwoofer. In addition to supporting a variety of TVs, the RHT-G500 includes a digital media port with modular adpators that allow users to stream music from WiFi networks, Bluetooth devices, and portable music players. Pricing and availability has not yet been announced.
