Spawn Labs' Spawn HD Pro is a set-top box that streams all content from a video game console over the internet. If you leave it connected to your Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, or PlayStation 3 at home, then go on a business trip with your laptop, you can play games on those consoles from wherever you are using Spawn Labs' Spawn Player software. It's sort of the Sling Box of gaming.
You obviously won't be able to change discs remotely, but the founder of Spawn Labs noted in an interview at TechCrunch50 that the trend now is towards games installed on a console's hard drive anyway.
The Spawn HD Pro costs $199, and was launched on September 14th, 2009.
